Unlike other poker games, a three-card brag has a few tricks up its sleeve, notably a raising and folding rule. Similarly, a draw allows players to take new cards from the top of the deck.
A showdown occurs when a hand is revealed. Players can bet, call or raise the hand that wins the best card or best pair. This is the most important part of a game of poker.
